East Hampton Physical Therapy was founded in December 2013 by Dr. Rachel Lys, DPT, in Montauk, located in the Town of East Hampton. Dr. Rachel specializes in outpatient orthopedic aliments using the best evidence-based practices in an intimate, hands-on approach to recovery and wellness. East Hampton Physical Therapy delivers gait training, fall prevention, and balance drills in addition to post-operative care to help patients be as active as they desire while living a pain-free life. Each individual receives a unique plan of care, whether it is post-op or sports specific training to help them achieve their goals! You can expect expert care when you receive treatment at EHPT. Our quality care interventions include Kinesio Tape application, neuromuscular release, and reeducation, when necessary.
